Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use the My Spin Care website, the My Spin Care app or book our services by phone or WhatsApp. By placing an order you agree to them.

1. Our service

We provide laundry, dry cleaning, ironing and fabric care with pickup and delivery in our service area (Sankarankovil and nearby, Tenkasi District, Tamil Nadu). Delivery times shown are estimates and may change due to weather, holidays or garment needs.

2. Your account

• You log in with your mobile number and a one-time password. Keep your phone secure; you are responsible for orders placed from your account.
• Please give accurate names, addresses and phone numbers so we can reach you.

3. Orders and pricing

• Prices are listed on our website and in the app. Final charges depend on the actual items, weight or service after inspection at pickup or at our facility.
• We will tell you before going ahead if an item needs special treatment that costs more.
• You can cancel or reschedule a pickup free of charge before the rider arrives.

4. Payment

You can pay by UPI (including QR code), cash on delivery or app wallet balance, as offered. Orders must be paid on delivery unless agreed otherwise. Wallet balance and referral rewards have no cash value and cannot be transferred.

5. Garment care and your responsibilities

• Please empty pockets. We are not responsible for money, jewellery or other items left in garments.
• Tell us about stains, delicate fabrics or special instructions when handing over clothes.
• Some items may not respond fully to cleaning (old stains, colour bleeding, worn fabric, missing care labels). We will take reasonable care but cannot guarantee complete stain removal.

6. Damage or loss

Please check your items at delivery and report any problem within 48 hours with photos. If an item is lost or damaged because of our handling, our liability is limited to up to 10 times the cleaning charge for that item, unless a higher value was declared and agreed in writing before processing.

7. Unclaimed items

If we cannot deliver an order and it is not collected within 30 days of our reminders, we may donate or dispose of the items.

8. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the app or website, place fake orders, or harass our staff. We may suspend accounts that do.

9. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts in Tenkasi District, Tamil Nadu have jurisdiction.
