My Spin CareDelete your account and data

You can ask us to delete your My Spin Care account and the personal data linked to it at any time.
How to request deletion
- Send us a WhatsApp message or call from the mobile number registered on your account.
- Say: "Please delete my My Spin Care account."
- We confirm it is you, then delete your account within 7 days and message you once it is done.
What we delete
- Your name, mobile number and email
- Saved pickup and delivery addresses
- Notification tokens and login sessions
- Wallet balance and referral rewards (these are forfeited)
What we keep
Invoices and payment records for completed orders are kept, without your contact details where possible, for as long as Indian tax and accounting law requires (generally up to 8 years). They are then deleted.
Before you delete
Please make sure you have no open orders and no unpaid balance. Any clothes still with us will be returned before the account is closed.
